Dee began her career in SME finance and accounting, developing a strong foundation in business operations, financial responsibility and disciplined planning.
She later moved into operational management at Plascom, where she managed the operations of multiple manufacturing plants. This experience strengthened her ability to lead teams, coordinate priorities, delegate effectively and ensure consistent follow-through.
Her experience of leading people in demanding operational environments now informs her coaching practice. She understands that sustainable growth must work in the realities of everyday life and work—not only in theory.
